Pluto by Urasawa Naoki

Among manga artists, Urasawa Naoki is certainly one of the few to benefit from a worldwide reputation, acclaimed for his mastery of suspense and celebrated for the success of his two series Monster and 20th Century Boys both in Japan and abroad. It comes as no surprise that his latest project should become an even […]

Lady Snowblood

by Kamimura Kazuo & Koike Kazuo

“The manga that inspired Kill Bill” — well, that’s what they say in the introduction, so that must be true. Shissô Nikki

by Azuma Hideo

Following his debut in 1969 with Manga-Oh, Azuma Hideo had worked through twenty years of an honest manga-ka career, not necessarily in the spotlight but far from being totally unknown, with gag-manga and science-fiction series (receiving on the way the 10th Nebula Price of the Japanese Science-Fiction Society for Fujôri Nikki), and occasionnally dabbing in […]

  • Xavier, I wonder if by any chance you would know why Chiisakobe hasn’t been published in English yet. I know it was released in French, Spanish and that there’s even a German version on its way, but no sign of an English version, as far as I know.
